SHADOW OF THE ALMIGHTY

well one doesn't show up here. It did on bloglines. I certainly know what a pinto is. I rode to school with a friend in one for 2 years, we called it "The Bean". That is some sort of knob, maybe a shifter but the bracket makes me think it is something else.
The curb feelers, I know.
The other things I have no idea on.
Curb feelers is probably correct.
The other items I believe are fender well cut-out attachments to enclose the area over your tires to make it look like its solid; thus your car looks cool and lower....have no idea what the proper name might be!
Me again...
Didn't notice the Pinto thingy on first post.
I believe its a knob that attaches to the steering wheel so you can turn corners really fast... lots of farmers have, or at least had, these on their tractors.
I have no clue what any of them are!! guess that means I'm no where near your age!!! LOL.....

Well Tommy you are right about the curb feelers.
Larry the shorter definition for the "well cut-out attachments to enclose the area over your tires to make it look like its solid; thus your car looks cool and lower", is Fender Skirts.
And Larry you got the Pinto thingy right, it is a steering knob that attached to the steering wheel. My Aunt was born with only one hand and back in the 50's she had one to aid her in steering, although many people had them until they were finally outlawed as dangerous.
And Joyce (my daughter by the way), true, you are no where near my age, but I am guessing that Larry is not far behind me. (-:
Thanks for making me feel young today! I needed that!!! ;-)
"Larry is not far behind me." (-:
Thanks, but I was a freshman in college just about the time you were playing Mommy May I in the 4th grade. :)
